We recently completed a 750-square-foot build-out for PopUp Bagels at 139 East 57th Street, transforming a raw, empty space into a vibrant and inviting bagel boutique. The outcome is a masterful blend of industrial chic with functional elements, creating a environment that supports the brand’s fast-paced service model. Every detail — from the layout to the finishes — was thoughtfully reviewed to enhance both customer experience and operational efficiency, bringing the PopUp Bagels vision to market on one of New York City’s busiest neighborhoods.

Cuan Corp is proud to have delivered a clean, modern renovation for Popup Bagels’ newest NYC location on 57th Street. Designed for speed, flow, and that signature “just-out-of-the-oven” energy, the space balances warm minimalism with high-volume efficiency — the perfect backdrop for one of the city’s fastest-growing bagel brands. Whether it’s a morning rush or a midday bite, this location was built to serve with style.
PopUp Bagels on 315 Greenwich St
Cuan Corp transformed an empty space into a fully functional bagel shop at 315Greenwich Street. Known around NYC for its iconic black and white tile floors, Pop-UpBagels brings a bold and simple design to theneighborhood.This project required careful coordination.
We worked in tight quarters with multiple tradeson site at the same time. Our team solved challenges in real time and kept the work movingforward.The result is a clean, efficient space built to support daily operations and serve thecommunity.
